• Possible to bolt to ground with Shield Anchor Projecting Bolt M10X15mm (qty: 3-6 required)

USES of Tripod Satellite Mounting Bracket

Normally used when there is no wall on which a satellite dish can be mounted:

• Apartment blocks
• Houses with the wrong aspect
• Caravans, mobile homes or boats 

Mount bracket:

•  bolting it to the ground 
•  can be free standing but this is not normally practical

Use with 

• Large satellite dishes such as the 110cm or 125cm

• Ideal bracket for mounting satellite dishes when there is no suitable wall
• Avoids the dangers of a very large and heavy dish being mounted on a wall or chimney
• Gives full 360 degree range of movement on dishes

DISADVANTAGES of Tripod Satellite Mounting Bracket

• This is an expensive bracket compared to most of it's alternatives
• Dish may be very close to ground so getting signal could be a problem
• Can be difficult to neatly run the satellite cable back to the house
• Stability can be a problem unless the bracket is securely bolted to the ground
