• To connect your PC or Laptop Computer to your TV

Advantages of the Laptop & PC to TV Kit (VGA)

• By using the supplied cables, you can output both the Audio & Video from your Laptop to your TV screen
• Every PC or Laptop Computer has a VGA connection
• A lot of Flatscreen TVs have a VGA connection on the back (often marked PC)
• Allows you to connect your PC or laptop to a TV where a HDMI or DVI connection is not available

Disadvantages of the Laptop & PC to TV Kit (VGA)

• You need the two cables to get Audio & Video using the VGA method
  • VGA Cable outputs the picture
  • 3.5mm Audio jack to RCA outputs the sound
• Older CRT TVs won't have a VGA connection
• May not give the output resolution of DVI or HDMI but is a good work around
• You'll need some form of home cinema sound system to get the sound (see video guide) if you don't want to just play the sound through your Laptop speakers
