Can I order on the phone ?

How are the goods delivered ?

 

 Do you deliver at the weekends ?

  • Parcels are only delivered Monday to Friday by Fastway

     

If I pay for Express delivery will I definitely get it next day ? 

  • Express delivery on any order placed before 4.30pm will guarantee that order will be shipped same day using fastway couriers next day delivery service. Fastway courier achieve about a 98% success rate at delivering such orders next day.

 

Can I specify what Time my order is delivered ? 

  • No, but sometimes it is worth adding a shipping note to say your preferred time is as this will appear on the outside of the parcel and it assist the courier in fitting your order in his schedule that is convenient for you.
    • Parcels are normally delivered within normal working hours i.e. between 8am to 6pm

What are your Opening Hours ?

  • Our opening hours are Monday-Friday (7.30am to 6pm open through lunch) and Saturday 8.00-9.30am

 

Do you provide an Installation service ?

  • We only do sales. You can find a list of Satellite & Aerial installers on www.isaa.tv

 

Can the Public buy from your website ? 

  • Yes, our website is open to both the Public and Trade customers

 

Who pays for shipping if I return an item ?

  • We will ship the replacement goods to the customer for free but the shipping costs back to the TV Trade warehouse are the customer's responsibility.
  • Alternatively customers can choose to drop the goods back to our depot in person.

How do I use your website ?

One of the most Innovative & Unique Features on the TV Trade website is our video user manuals and guides.  There is no other website of our type in Ireland or indeed the UK that has the range of instructional videos that we provide and for free for our customers convenience which enables them to carry out their own installations.

Anywhere you see any of the following;

Just click on either the Video Tab, User Manual Tab or How to Install Tab and you will see all the videos related to that particular product. We know from our own experience that sometimes it's not always the easist to follow instruction manuals but when you see someone carry out a particular task, it is much easier to follow.

The videos have been a great success.  We broke the 1,000,000 views of our video guides towards the end of 2011.   There was clearly a huge need for these online and the investment of time by the TV Trade staff on this has been well worth it. The constant positive feedback we receive about the videos is staggering and in no small way has contributed to us being the leading website of our type in Ireland.
