Just a quick post on the new range of accessories we have added today to the TV Trade website for the Smartmeter Range of Satellite Finders and Digital TV Meters. The S10 Smartmeter Sat Finder has been one of our most sucessful product launches in the last year, bringing to Ireland, one of the most feature packed professional satellite finders in Europe. We have had no returns on the S10 as of yet and with a return rate in Europe of much leass that 1%, with over 50, 000 units sold per year in Germany alone, it really is the bees knees of high end sat meters.
Today we added replacements accessories juist in case the worst happens. The Satellite Finder itself seems to be more or less bullet proof but with the best of intentions, accidents happen (even the dog chewing on the cables, which happened to our meter for our installation business!) and with that in mind we have added a replacement Charging unit and a replacement Car charging kit in case somethimng like this happens to yours.
Due to the tremendous success of the S10 satellite finder from smart electronics in Germany we have decided to luanch a website dedicated to professional meters which will serve the UK market. The UK Satellite Finders launches today 15 February 2011.
It has been quite incredible the demand that we have found for the this product in the UK, even though the TVTrade.ie website itself if very much focused on the Irish Market. I suppose it goes to show that a great product just sells itself.
Initially the satellite finder website will feature the S10 satellite meter, but we do hope to add a range of exciting products down the line such as the newly launched T10 Terrestrial meter which is ideal for aligning TV aerials to pick up the Terrestrial service.
What has made the S10 meter such a success are 3 basic features:
- Great Features: 10cm LCD screen to watch live TV, comprehensive satellite list, spectrum analyzer
- Reliability: an annual failure rate of less than 2% makes it most the reliable satellite meter on the market
- Price: it comes at a fraction of price tag of many competitor products who have far less features
The new site will feature a detailed User’s Manual for S10 Satellite finder complete instruction videos which display all the main features of the meter. It will also be possible download software updates from the site.
We are hoping that we will be able to really shake things up in the Satellite Meter market in the UK, in the same way that the launch of the S10 Satellite finder on the TVTrade website did here in Ireland
